How do I register?

You will need to register for RIAglass using your LinkedIn profile. Email support@riaglass.com to gain access. You will receive an invitation email with a URL containing a unique invitation code. Follow the URL and click the SIGN IN WITH LinkedIn button. Enter your LinkedIn login email and password and click Allow Access. You will then receive an activation email with a URL containing a unique activation code. Follow the URL and click the SIGN IN WITH LinkedIn button. Enter your LinkedIn login email and password and click Allow Access.

When I follow the link in my invitation email, the site says “The User already exists. Please contact support.” What do I do?

Your LinkedIn account has been used to register for more than one account. Email support@riaglass.com.

When I follow the link in my invitation email, the site says “Invitation link is not valid. Please contact support.” What do I do?

You may have received an incorrect invitation code. Email support@riaglass.com to send a new URL with the correct invitation code.

When I follow the link in my invitation email, the site says "User is already registered. The invitation link is no longer valid." What do I do?

You have already completed the invitation process. Try logging in directly from www.riaglass.com. If you cannot, look for an activation email and complete that process. If you cannot log in and do not have an activation email, email support@riaglass.com.

When I follow the link in my activation email, the site says “User Not Found." What do I do?

You may have received an incorrect activation code. Email support@riaglass.com to send a new URL with the correct activation code.

When I follow the link in my activation email, the site says “The Activation Link is invalid. Please contact support.” What do I do?

You may have received an activation email before completing the invitation and registration process. If you have an invitation email, click the URL and complete the registration process. If you cannot complete the invitation process, email support@riaglass.com.

When I follow the link in my activation email, the site says “The Activation Link has expired.” What do I do?

You may have already registered. Try logging in directly from www.riaglass.com. If this does not work, you may have a duplicate user account or your account has been set to inactive. Email support@riaglass.com.

When I try to log in with my LinkedIn email and password, the site goes back to the login page. What do I do?

Your registration in incomplete. Email support@riaglass.com.
